The Diet That Gets Easier Instead Of Harder

If you’ve been following my posts, you’ve noticed I’m not a fan of the ‘typical’ approach to dieting for weightloss.
.
Unfortunately, in this age of the ‘cleanse/detox’ and 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge, ‘typical’ generally means ‘unsustainable’
.
So, I go the other way; creating a way of eating that my clients can actually stick to – indefinitely.
.
This goes beyond just including ‘a bit of what you fancy’ in your diet though – it’s how you organise it too.
.
The approach I use with my clients is ALL about organisation – planning and preparation, and making things AS EASY AS POSSIBLE (not harder – so naff off, ‘clean eating’!)
.
The beauty of eating in a way that is built on systems is, as time goes on, it actually gets EASIER.
.
Firstly, because you’re not reliant on willpower and motivation to make ‘good decisions’ when it’s time to eat.
.
Cos you’ve already made them!
.
So, instead, you simply follow your own instructions and, if you prepped, eat the food you’ve already made.
.
Like Hansel & Gretel following breadcrumbs to a house made of protein and fruit n veg (with maybe a small chocolate bar as the door handle
)
.
Secondly, because you’re repeatedly working to a system; you work ON the system too.
.
It improves. 
Is refined. 
More efficient.
.
You work out ways to include more foods you enjoy – better, more yumz recipes which are quicker to prepare.
.
The repetition of the manageable processes involved embeds them as habits.
.
All of which means, as time goes on, your diet becomes EASIER to stick to.
.
Like a beautiful, physical mantra.
.
Refreshing eh?
